Supervision

A significant portion of our practice involves the supervision of psychologists and other helping professionals. We work both face to face and by video conference, allowing us to provide support throughout Aotearoa.  This includes individual practitioners in speciality areas (e.g. relationships, sex therapy, alcohol & drug therapy, brain injury rehabilitation) as well as general supervision and practice development (dealing with the business aspects of being in private practice, like marketing and administration). We have also provided generic workplace supervision for organisations such as ACC and Housing New Zealand.  Nic is also accredited to provide supervision for psychologists working towards their Registration.

We take great delight in helping our colleagues reflect on and improve their professional practice and find supporting them in their work one of the most satisfying things we do. If you are a helping professional looking for supervision then please contact us

Training & Group Work

Both of us have extensive group work experience and have been involved in training, either with packages we have designed related to our own fields of expertise, or in implementing pre-existing training programmes.  Currently Nic offers training through RTI  in general relationship therapy and working with relationships using the Developmental Model.
